  • Sign Contract Signing the contract formalizes your project, confirming scope, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities. It protects both parties, ensures alignment, and allows construction planning, scheduling, and execution to begin with confidence.
  • Pay Deposit A deposit secures your project start date, covers initial materials and planning costs, and demonstrates commitment. It allows us to schedule trades, order materials, and begin work efficiently and responsibly.

Pre-Construction Planning

This step prevents delays, ensures compliance, and confirms all materials, finishes, and specifications are approved and ready for execution.
